Tickets are not refundable and not exchangeable.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered.

Ticket orders received after March 15th will be placed at Will Call.
Photo ID required to pick up tickets.

Each ticket package purchased is charged a handling fee. Orders without the handling fee included WILL NOT be processed. The handling fee is not refundable.

Redwood Coast Jazz Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. A $50 processing fee will be charged to reissue lost tickets
